4 Things We NEED To Fix About Ourselves (Part 1) - @Kindsey007

1. If your friend’s breath stink, let them know. If you’re breath stink, you wouldn't know unless someone told you. Tell them as nicely as possible, privately. You want to help them, NOT EMBARRASS them or talk behind their back. It already sucks to smell bad, so telling everyone and their mama will crush their self-esteem. Help them fight their death breath.

2. If you're friends with somebody, always let them know when they did something that made you upset. It's better to let them know and resolve the issue right then and there. If they don't know what they're doing is wrong, they're going to keep doing it. That leads to you bottling your emotions up, and then unnecessarily snapping on somebody and losing a friend over something that could’ve easily been fixed with a conversation. Speak up more often!

3. Guys, let's stop falling for thirst traps on the Internet. Those girls are insecure and desire attention. Yeah they talk all the shit about sex, posting half nude pics because they want us to slave over them and reject us. Girls like the feeling of rejecting men, it gives them a sense of power. Those girls, in most cases, can't get a man in real life and they wouldn't give you a piece of ass anyway. Don’t let these girls deceive you.

4. Ladies, you don’t NEED a boyfriend. If that’s all your life revolves around then re-examine your life. There’s so much to life than relationships. I feel like the majority of women only goal is to be in a relationship. The human body has skills that can reach great heights, you don’t even know! I respect women that do great things with their lives and don't solely rely on a man. It’s like you ladies are robots. Think beyond relationships!

Have Social Problems? I Got The Remedy

Why do we have social anxiety? There are so many reasons why we’re trapped ourselves in mental boxes, such as: getting roasted on, not feeling attractive enough, being picked on, or just being too different. We hide our identities because it feels safe but in reality, we’re missing out on enjoying a great social life. No matter how afraid of people we are, in our minds we want to become social savvies, the popular kid, that nigga or the boss ass bitch.

How do we fix this? We need to gain self-confidence in ourselves. I know you guys hear that redundantly and it’s sounds very difficult, so I’m here to bring it to a different light and offer a better solution.  In the case of social anxiety, you have to develop the mindset of shamelessness (Yes, I know it’s not a word but who cares). What’s the difference? Shamelessness is about not caring about being judged. It means not being aSHAMEd of who you are, being yourself without limitations. It far more easier than gaining self-confidence. Look at the chart below:

SHAMELESSNESS
CONFIDENCE
Letting go of what’s already inside which is fear, anxiety, and just embracing the good part of you

Way more stability because no matter what happens, I will still enjoy myself and I won’t feel bad no matter what.

It’s like taking a shit then feeling better afterwards.
Something you gain from success of a goal

Not always stable, it’s a mentally of “I feel good when good stuff happen”, if something bad happen it can all good out the window

It’s like betting cash on something, you only feel good if you win cash and bad when you lose it.

To develop the shamelessness mindset, you have to nip it in the butt. You have to get comfortable with making a fool of yourself, expecting to fail. You can do little things like saying random things to strangers, or big things like dance in public. Doing crazy and silly things in public will eliminate the fear of social rejection. To be clear, I’m not telling you to do some extremely stupid that can get you in trouble, but something silly like “Tell a random person they sexy like your Grandpa.” You’ll realize there’s no pressure to be yourself after acting like a moron. With that being said, get off your ass and go make some friends, approach beautiful women, join clubs, and start living life. Forget all the negative times you had socially, today is a new day.
